Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions, no codes needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are generally 3-7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use your tracking number to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately at summitsme@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
